Team-building in a corporate context can often be awkward but paintballing is a great leveller. The first thing you do when you get here is put on our camouflage overalls and throughout the day when you’re paintballing, you’ll be wearing full face and head protection. Yes – everyone will be absolutely unrecognisable and the office hierarchy will be no more.

In a half day, you’ll play 5 to 7 paintball games. Each of our games has a different but very clear objective and each requires teamwork, lateral thinking and improvisation. Every game will be clearly explained before you get going and in the fast-paced paintball arena, there is no room for holding back – everyone has to get involved.

SO HOW DOES THE WHOLE CORPORATE PAINTBALLING PACKAGE WORK?
Well, you'll arrive on site at a pre-arranged time where we'll welcome you with teas and coffees, we'll get you fully kitted out and give you a safety talk before spliting you into two teams and taking you out into our woodland arena for 5-7 high-octane adrenaline-fueled paintball games. Each game will be fully explained by our marshalls beforehand and they'll be specially focused on encouraging each team to work together. We can provide detailed game plans before your day so the organiser will know what to expect and we would certainly welcome your input if you wanted to tailor the games towards a specific need or objective. We'll get the adrenaline pumping so that everyone forgets about the office and starts thinking laterally for the team. There'll be a survivors photoshoot and a trophy presentation at the end and then we'll give you time to recap on your day and have a nice brew and a sit down.
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER FOR THE CORPORATE PAINTBALL PACKAGE?
Paintball needs at least 12 players (so 6 aside) to really work, but we can do intense sessions for smaller groups with clay pigeon shooting and/or archery.
CAN WE DO A FULL DAY OF CORPORATE EVENTS INSTEAD OF A HALF DAY?
Of course you can - we can organise a full day of paintballing or we can bring in some of the other activities we offer too...
We’ve got 2 different clay pigeon shooting packages - a 25 shot package, which includes equipment hire (of course), tuition and 25 cartridges, for £45 and a 50 shot package for £65 per person. We’ll take you step-by-step through practice shots from traps across the range and then we’ll get you competing for our glamorous gold, silver and bronze trophies.
Our archery sessions are £30 per person which includes all of your kit including arm and finger guards, tuition, lots of practice and a spot of competition at the end to see who will win the coveted TNEOPC archery trophy. The session will last around an hour.

You can order more to start with your package or you can purchase them on the day as a group or as individuals for £8 per 100.
CONFERENCING FACILITIES AND FOOD
Conferencing facilities and food can be arranged at a nearby venue at extra cost. However, if you'd like to be a little more informal, then we can arrange a barbecue and back-to-basics picnic table conferencing in the great outdoors. We also have a self-contained, roofed picnic area with a power supply available for slightly higher tech gatherings.

Undersiege paintball is the ideal venue for your corporate away day and we don't just do paintballing. We can take the stress out of organising your event and give you a whole range of activities.
Archery is such a chilled event for team-building. It's totally silent activity, just the archer, the bow, a quiver of arrows and the target. Great shots happen when the mind is stilled and the body takes over. Our instructor will be on hand to give you a few handy hints and tips to improve your aim before galvinising you all together to steal his crown as Robin of the Hood!
You'll be equipped with the latest high velocity re-curve bows and we'll give you full tuition and plenty of practice before we launch into a competition against our instructor.
ARCHERY

Just like in the movies! Try our range of 6- to 10-shot semi-automatic pistols. We've got some of the CO2 classics: Magnum, Smith and Wesson and of course the Walther PPK as used by none other than James Bond.
Come and see if you have got the Goldeneye for shooting. Our range has a good mix of static, moving and Olympic- style targets. Your session will include hire of all equipment, tuition, trophies and a photo session at the end.
PISTOL SHOOTING

Nothing will bring your team together like a night under the stars, surviving out in the wild and getting back to nature.
We're talking group accommodation in our 8-person bell tents. We provide a fire pit, a barbecue, loos, a shower and nature provides the stars and that extra bit of outdoor magic. For extra bonding and corporate cheesiness acoustic guitars are very welcome. Go on, come over and go wild!

Clay pigeon shooting is a great event for corporate team building days. Your group will be a mix of ages and abilities and clay pigeon shooting is the perfect activity to concentrate the mind, level the playing field and allow everyone to relax and have a bit of banter.
Help yourselves to free tea and coffee on arrival then we'll take you through a brief safety talk and get you into the stands to learn how to shoot. We'll lead you through some practice shots before we go into a scored competition for gold, silver and bronze trophies.
